Welcome back to Majestic Rise! We are one of the premier real estate companies based in the Chandigarh Tricity area. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best service and support as they navigate their real estate decisions. Mr Sanjeev Thakur is the namesake and founder of Majestic Rise. He is originally from Himachal Pradesh but moved to Chandigarh after completing his degree in Commerce from Govt College Mandi (H.P). Before founding About Sanjeev Thakur, he worked in various corporate houses such as Citibank, IDBI Bank, Reliance, Tulip IT Services and TATA Teleservices. Eventually, he realised that he was better suited for real estate.

Real estate was a logical choice for Mr Thakur because it was a business that didn’t require initial capital to start and had the potential for generous rewards. Despite discouragement from others due to his corporate background, Sanjeev Thakur pushed forward and eventually got the break he needed.
